CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVATIONS
All confirmed bookings will be considered to be guaranteed and 48 hours notice of cancellation or amendment is required to avoid 1 night penalty.
If the reservation is for 5 nights or longer a 7 days notice of cancellation is required to avoid a penalty charge of 50% of the total of the reservation.
Once the room is occupied and the Guest decides to leave earlier than planned one night will be charged.
Prices are per room per night and exclude 17.5% VAT and breakfast.
