Conditions of reservations during Olympic Games period

- Bookings are non refundable and non cancellable
- No changes are permitted
Prices are per room per night and exclude 20% VAT and breakfast. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
General condition of the reservations
(except Olympic Games period)
- All confirmed bookings will be considered to be guaranteed and 72 hours notice of cancellation or amendment is required to avoid 1 night penalty.
- If the reservation is for 5 nights or longer or for two or more rooms a 7 days notice of cancellation is required to avoid a penalty charge of 100% of the total of the reservation.
- Once the room is occupied and the Guest decides to leave earlier than planned one night will be charged.

- Extra bed/Sofa bed £ 70.00 + 20% VAT for 1 adult or 1 child
